When should I schedule these appointments (i have no idea!)?

Our wedding is Oct 18.



We have booked the following vendors, but not scheduled any second meetings. When should I meet with each of these vendors again:



-Ceremony Musican (a guitarist)

-Ceremony Venue (also renting chairs through them)

-Florist (only getting bouquets)



Also, I haven't booked the following, when should I book them:

-Wedding Night Hotel Suite

-Limo

-Airline tickets for honeymoon

When should I schedule these appointments (i have no idea!)?
Your follow up meetings with the musician and venue should be about 4 weeks before your wedding date. By that point you can have some musical selections picked out and you'll have a better idea of your number of guests. I'd also recommend one final venue walkthrough about 2 weeks before the wedding, after you have your final guest count. You can meet with the florist 2-4 weeks before the wedding - at that point she'll have a better idea of prices and flower availability.



The wedding night hotel, limo, and airfare is something you should occasionally check prices on. I would recommend booking airfare about 2 months before the wedding. You can book the hotel and limo about 4-6 weeks before.
Reply:I'm not sure about alot of these as I'm not having them. We're not have a musician, and we're having silk flowers so they're done already for my August 30th wedding.



As for the Ceremony venue, I would scheduale a second meeting with them about a month before the wedding, that's what mine told me to do. Or maybe call and ask when they think you should get together for a second meeting. I am sure they have plenty of wedding expirence.



We're not doing the limo, and my honeymoon was a wedding gift from my parents so they arranged it all.



I would book your wedding night hotel suite AT LEAST 2 months before the wedding.

airline tickets = i would do this as soon as you can put the money up for it so you get the times you want and if you want non stop you will have that choice.



hotel for wedding night = depends on where you are going to stay...if you know already call the hotel and see if you can make resavations yet.



limo = you could probably wait until end of auguest.



but if you have all the money ahead of time you might as well book early...less to worry about as you r wedding date gets closer!

You havent booked the limo or honeymoon yet? Geez you need to get it together!
Reply:It's never to early to book for a wedding. You want to make sure what you want isn't already taken by someone else!
