Ive sent invites, ive told florists and decorators?

now i have been tols that the bvrewery have told my reception to close down around my wedding day....



2 months before



i feel deflated...i have had so much stress before....and now im actually in tears wondering wat to do next...... i had the dream soddin wedding now it in tatters

I am so sorry. Do you have a contract with the brewery? If so they need to be able to come up with something for you. The first thing that I would do is get on the phone with the manager and see what is going on. Then take it from there. It could be something that can be corrected really easily...
Reply:Well consider the other options that you have looked into and call them to see if they are available...Other option contact a bridal consultant and tell them exactly what is going on and see how they can help...I know that I offer my clients a pay for what you need service to where I only help when asked and it is alot cheaper...If you don't find the perfect place you can contact me and I eill help with what I can...I hope that everything goes perfectly for you. And as a bride instead of a consultant. Relax and take a deep breath...the wedding only last an hour the marriage lasts a lifetime....Best of luck!!!!
Reply:man. thats one tough and stressful situations. i would talk to the manager and say your problem and ask what they will do about it. they would of known before you booked your wedding that they were closing, or that profits were not looking good or something like that. it doesnt just happen out of the blue. hmmm. defiantely go in with your fiance and speak to the manager and say your situation.

Reply:You need to start calling other venues and find a place for your wedding immediately. I wouldn't wait for the brewery to help you locate a new location. Start calling every caterer in the phone book and see if they have any suggestions! Then you'll need to send a letter (just a simple letter in a pretty envelope) to all of your guests advising them of the change.

Reply:This happens all of the time. Just send a separate smaller invite (an amendment of sorts) when all of the details are finalized. Don't sweat it. Things like this are bound to happen. People understand. As for your dream wedding, it doesn't matter the location. You would marry him on Mars, wouldn't you?
Reply:If you've actually booked the reception venue then you have a contract and the brewery will have to find you another venue and compensate you for the invites etc etc. Also contact the CAB for advice. Not much consolation I know - sorry xx
